The total purchase price was $27,000,000, $568 per square foot. The building dates to 1996. JJA Properties FL LLC bought the auto repair shop. The deal was finalized on April 10.

2. $23 million, auto repair shop at 10688 Northwest 12th Street

A 46,747-square-foot auto repair garage at 10688 Northwest 12th Street in Doral has been sold.

The total purchase price was $23,000,000, $492 per square foot. The building was constructed in 1993. Miami International 10688 LLC sold the auto repair shop to JJA Properties FL LLC. The deal was closed on April 10.

3. $19.2 million, shopping mall at 9179 Babcock Street SE, Suite 106

The sale of the regional shopping mall with anchor tenants at 9179 Babcock Street SE, Suite 106 in Palm Bay has been finalized.
