In the past week, a total of seven commercial property sales were registered in the county, with an average price of $279,543. The average price per square foot was $238.

The prices in the list below include commercial real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of April 27 even if the property sold earlier.

1. $915,000, commercial property at 152 Northeast 11th Street

The sale of the general commercial property at 152 Northeast 11th Street in Newport has been finalized.

The price was $915,000. The building dates to 1978 and has an area of 2,880 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $318. Erik Carmona Garcia took over the commercial property from Luckini Investments LLC. The transaction was completed on April 29.
