The prices in the list below include commercial real estate sales where the title was recorded from the week of Oct. 5 to the week of Oct. 25 even if the property sold earlier.
1. $9.33 million, office building at 2877 Brandywine Road
A 53,260-square-foot office property at 2877 Brandywine Road in Atlanta has been sold.
The total purchase price was $9.33 million, $175 per square foot. The home was built in 1982. Lincoln Memorial University took over the office property. The deal was finalized on Sept. 15.
2. $6.1 million, office building at 2835 Brandywine Road
A sale has been finalized for the office property at 2835 Brandywine Road in Atlanta.
The price was $6.1 million. The house was built in 1982 and the living area totals 29,464 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $207. TGPS 2835 LLC sold the office property to Lincoln Memorial University. The transaction was completed on Sept. 16.
