A fast-food restaurant in Miami that sold for $83.25 million tops the list of the most expensive commercial real estate sales in Florida during the past week.
In the past week, a total of 181 commercial property sales were registered in the area, with an average price of $2.98 million. The average price per square foot was $606.
The prices in the list below include commercial real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Oct. 19 even if the property sold earlier.
1. $83.25 million, fast-food restaurant at 5775 Northwest 7th Street
A 3,609-square-foot drive-thru or quick-service restaurant at 5775 Northwest 7th Street in Miami has been sold.
The total purchase price was $83.25 million, $23,067 per square foot. The home was built in 1972. GRI EQY LLC sold the drive-thru or quick-service restaurant to Real SUB LLC. The deal was closed on Sept. 29.
2. $69.1 million, retail store at 1351 Alafaya Trail
A 10,500-square-foot property at 1351 Alafaya Trail in Oviedo has been sold.
The total purchase price was $69.1 million, $6,581 per square foot. The property was built in 1987. HVP V Epic Alafaya LLC transferred ownership of the property to Alafaya Trail Station LLC. The transaction was completed on Oct. 5.
3. $62 million, office building at 5355 Town Center Road
The office property at 5355 Town Center Road in Boca Raton has new owners.
The price was $62 million. The house was built in 1986 and has a living area of 267,812 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $232. Thor Equities Acquisition LLC acquired the office property. The deal was finalized on Sept. 23.
4. $15.35 million, office building at 24301/311 Walden Center Drive
A sale has been finalized for the office property at 24301/311 Walden Center Drive in Bonita Springs.
The price was $15.35 million. The house was built in 1997 and the living area totals 102,320 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $150. FLP Walden LLC bought the office property from Walden Center LLC. The transaction was completed on Oct. 8.
5. $11 million, office building at 2970 Southwest 50th Terrace
The sale of the office property at 2970 Southwest 50th Terrace in Gainesville has been finalized.
The price was $11 million. The house was built in 2017 and has a living area of 65,260 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $169. Mcrock LLC transferred ownership of the office property to Southpark Investment Group LLC. The deal was closed on Oct. 1.
6. $10.4 million, office building at 2805 54th Avenue N
A sale has been finalized for the office property at 2805 54th Avenue N in St. Petersburg.
The price was $10.4 million. The house was built in 1999 and the living area totals 23,528 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $442. 2805 54th Avenue North Partners LLC sold the office property to Scope 1 OA LLC. The deal was finalized on Sept. 28.
7. $9.55 million, office building at 280 West Canton Avenue
A 32,215-square-foot office property at 280 West Canton Avenue in Winter Park has been sold.
The total purchase price was $9.55 million, $296 per square foot. The home was built in 1975. MKA Canton LLC acquired the office property from Jedi Inc. The transaction was completed on Oct. 7.
8. $8.9 million, fast-food restaurant at 18240 South Dixie Highway
The drive-thru or quick-service restaurant at 18240 South Dixie Highway in Miami has new owners.
The price was $8.9 million. The house was built in 2024 and has a living area of 5,643 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $1,577. LD & BD US1 LLC transferred ownership of the drive-thru or quick-service restaurant to L Mara LLC and A John LLC. The deal was finalized on Oct. 1.
9. $8.72 million, office building at 4074 Northlake Boulevard
A 10,068-square-foot office property at 4074 Northlake Boulevard in Palm Beach Gardens has been sold.
The total purchase price was $8.72 million, $866 per square foot. The home was built in 2000. 4074 Northlake LLC and 4074 Northlake II LLC took over the office property from Caremax Medical Center LLC. The deal was closed on Sept. 28.
10. $8.1 million, service station at 4750 Donald Ross Road
The sale of the full-service gas station at 4750 Donald Ross Road in Palm Beach Gardens has been finalized.
The price was $8.1 million. The home was built in 2006 and has a living area of 4,158 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $1,948. Omac Real Estate LLC bought the full-service gas station. The transaction was completed on Sept. 28.
