The prices in the list below include commercial real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of April 20 even if the property sold earlier.

The sale of the commercial property at 421 South Salisbury Street in Raleigh has been finalized.

The price was $27,754,500. The building was constructed in 1981 and has an area of 249,480 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $111. Dwntwn Raleigh Hotel LLC took over the property. The deal was finalized on March 27.
