TAPACHULA, Chis. — A 5.1 magnitude quake shook near Puerto Madero on Friday morning, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

At 15:57 UTC (09:57 local time), a tremor struck the region at a depth of 10 km, with its epicenter about 70 km west-southwest of Puerto Madero.
