, a total of five commercial property sales were registered in the area, with an average price of $5.63 million. The average price per square foot was $428.

The prices in the list below include commercial real estate sales where the title was recorded from the week of Aug. 31 to the week of Sept. 20 even if the property sold earlier.

1. $24.23 million, office building at 702 Oberlin Road

A 59,648-square-foot office property at 702 Oberlin Road in Raleigh has been sold.

The total purchase price was $24.23 million, $406 per square foot. The house was built in 1985. Corstorphine Oberlin LLC acquired the office property. The deal was finalized on Sept. 1.

2. $2.48 million, fast-food restaurant at 4105 Wake Forest Road

The drive-thru or quick-service restaurant at 4105 Wake Forest Road in Raleigh has new owners.

The price was $2.48 million. The home was built in 2013 and has a living area of 3,002 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $824. Excel Fitness Consolidator LLC took over the drive-thru or quick-service restaurant. The transaction was completed on Sept. 9.

3. $950,000, commercial property at 5100 Western Boulevard

The sale of the general commercial property at 5100 Western Boulevard in Raleigh has been finalized.
