A property that sold for $12 million tops the list of the most expensive commercial real estate sales in Raleigh over the past week.

During the past week, a total of seven commercial property sales were registered in the area, with an average price of $4.35 million. The average price per square foot was $557.

The prices in the list below include commercial real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Sept. 21 even if the property sold earlier.

1. $12 million, auto dealership at 5601 Capital Boulevard

A 9,009-square-foot vehicle sales and rentals business at 5601 Capital Boulevard in Raleigh has been sold.

The total purchase price was $12 million, $1,332 per square foot. The house was built in 1990. 6421 Westgate Realty LLC acquired the vehicle sales and rentals business. The deal was closed on Sept. 16.

2. $12 million, auto repair shop at 5601 Capital Boulevard, Unit A

A 26,070-square-foot auto repair garage at 5601 Capital Boulevard, Unit A in Raleigh has been sold.

The total purchase price was $12 million, $460 per square foot. The home was built in 1982. 6421 Westgate Realty LLC took over the auto repair garage. The transaction was completed on Sept. 16.

3. $2.21 million, commercial property at 2001 Rock Quarry Road

A sale has been finalized for the general commercial property at 2001 Rock Quarry Road in Raleigh.

The price was $2.21 million. The house was built in 2014 and the living area totals 8,424 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $263. NNN Reit LP bought the general commercial property from Propco Redemptionco LLC. The deal was finalized on Sept. 14.

4. $1.52 million, commercial property at 3 Glenwood Avenue

The sale of the general commercial property at 3 Glenwood Avenue in Raleigh has been finalized.

The price was $1.52 million. The home was built in 1965 and has a living area of 3,107 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $488. 3 Glenwood LLC bought the general commercial property. The deal was closed on Sept. 16.

5. $1.41 million, commercial property at 4209 Atlantic Avenue

The price was $720,000. The home was built in 2000 and has a living area of 1,136 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $634. Harps MILL Property LLC bought the office property. The deal was finalized on Sept. 10.

7. $610,000, office building at 9380 Falls of Neuse Road, Suite 101

The office property at 9380 Falls of Neuse Road, Suite 101 in Raleigh has new owners.

The price was $610,000. The house was built in 2006 and has a living area of 1,200 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $508. Francesco Properties LLC acquired the office property. The deal was finalized on Sept. 11.
