Earthquake measuring 5.1 strikes area close to Tristan da Cunha region on Aug. 1

A 5.1 magnitude quake occurred near Tristan da Cunha region on Saturday morning, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

A tremor shook the region at 11:07 UTC (10:07 local time). The earthquake’s epicenter was of Tristan da Cunha region and occurred at a depth of 10 km.
