An apartment building in Pompano Beach that sold for $73 million tops the list of the most expensive commercial real estate sales in Florida during the past week.

In total, 213 commercial property sales were recorded in the area in the past week, with an average price of $3.06 million, or $404 per square foot.

The prices in the list below include commercial real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Sept. 21 even if the property sold earlier.

1. $73 million, apartment building at 1621 South Dixie Highway

A 117,833-square-foot residential complex with more than five units at 1621 South Dixie Highway in Pompano Beach have been sold.

The total purchase price was $73,000,000, $620 per square foot. The units were built in 2024. Aviara Property Owner LLC acquired the residential complex with more than five units. The deal was finalized on Sept. 10.

2. $73 million, apartment building at 1601 South Dixie Highway

The sale of the residential complex with more than five units at 1601 South Dixie Highway in Pompano Beach has been finalized.

The price was $73,000,000. The units were built in 2024 and have a living area of 172,910 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $422. Aviara Property Owner LLC took over the residential complex with more than five units. The deal was closed on Sept. 10.

3. $69 million, office building at 200 South Park Road

A 90,498-square-foot office property at 200 South Park Road in Hollywood has been sold.

The total purchase price was $69 million, $762 per square foot. The home was built in 1984. VCC Owner LLC and Opic VCC LLC transferred ownership of the office property to South Broward Hospital District. The transaction was completed on Sept. 11.

4. $64.8 million, apartment building at 18412 Homestead Avenue

The residential complex with more than five units at 18412 Homestead Avenue in Miami have new owners.

The price was $64,800,000. The units were built in 2024 and have a living area of 426,436 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $152. The property features 410 bedrooms and 404 bathrooms altogether in the different units. Miami 269 Owner LLC bought the residential complex with more than five units. The transaction was completed on Sept. 3.

5. $34.5 million, property at 2800 Us Highway 98 N

The sale of the property at 2800 Us Highway 98 N in Bartow has been finalized.

The price was $34.5 million. The property was built in 2003 and has a living area of 125,911 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $274. Crossroads Holdings LLC took over the property from City Of Bartow. The deal was finalized on Sept. 8.

6. $27.73 million, office building at 530 South Federal Highway

A sale has been finalized for the office property at 530 South Federal Highway in Deerfield Beach.

The price was $27.73 million. The house was built in 1976 and the living area totals 8,190 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $3,385. Deerfield Florida House Inc sold the office property to Gorgon Deerfield FHE LLC. The deal was closed on Sept. 14.

7. $16.5 million, office building at 10920 Moss Park Road

A 40,684-square-foot office property at 10920 Moss Park Road in Orlando has been sold.

The total purchase price was $16.5 million, $406 per square foot. The house was built in 2017. Usvi 10920 Moss Park Road LLC and AEW Capital MNGT sold the office property to WSH FL Orlando LLC. The transaction was completed on Sept. 15.

8. $10.75 million, commercial property at 850 Northeast 13th Street, Unit A

The general commercial property at 850 Northeast 13th Street, Unit A in Fort Lauderdale has new owners.

The price was $10.75 million. The home was built in 1970 and has a living area of 11,333 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $949. Transforma Realty LLC transferred ownership of the general commercial property to 15 Studio Holdings LLC. The deal was finalized on Sept. 8.

9. $8.3 million, office building at 6676 Corporate Center Parkway

The sale of the office property at 6676 Corporate Center Parkway in Jacksonville has been finalized.

The price was $8.3 million. The house was built in 2005 and has a living area of 60,272 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $138. Ware Group Real Estate Holding LLC and Ware Group Inc bought the office property from Corporate Center Partners LLC. The deal was closed on Sept. 10.

10. $8.25 million, retail store at 888 City Walk Lane

The retail store or personal services shop at 888 City Walk Lane in Oviedo has new owners.

The price was $8.25 million. The house was built in 2022 and has a living area of 14,769 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $559. Ootp LLC sold the retail store or personal services shop to CM Oviedo OTP LLC. The deal was finalized on Sept. 10.
