A property in Toledo that sold for $1.05 million tops the list of the most expensive commercial real estate sales in Lincoln County between Aug. 24 and Sept. 20.

, a total of nine commercial property sales were registered in the county, with an average price of $391,861, or $347 per square foot.

The prices in the list below include commercial real estate sales where the title was recorded from the week of Aug. 24 to the week of Sept. 20 even if the property sold earlier.

1. $1.05 million, mixed-use property at 401 Northwest Industrial Park Way

A sale has been finalized for the mixed-use commercial and industrial property at 401 Northwest Industrial Park Way in Toledo.

The price was $1.05 million. The house was built in 2007 and the living area totals 4,032 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $260. J & E Real Estate LLC bought the mixed-use commercial and industrial property. The transaction was completed on Aug. 26.

2. $831,250, commercial property at 924 Southwest 8th Street

A 2,916-square-foot general commercial property at 924 Southwest 8th Street in Newport has been sold.

The total purchase price was $831,250, $285 per square foot. The house was built in 1988. Celestial Bay LLC acquired the general commercial property. The deal was finalized on Aug. 26.

The price was $458,500. The home was built in 1983 and has a living area of 1,440 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $318. The home features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Wesley Westbrook and Lacey Westbrook took over the grocery store or supermarket. The deal was closed on Sept. 10.

6. $275,000, commercial condo at 4009 Southwest Highway 101

A 335-square-foot non-office use commercial condominium at 4009 Southwest Highway 101 in Lincoln City has been sold.

The total purchase price was $275,000, $821 per square foot. The home was built in 1969. The house features one bedroom and one bathroom. Craig Korfanta and Shivaun Korfanta sold the non-office use commercial condominium to Calvin Mattson and Enrriqueta Mattson. The transaction was completed on Aug. 24.

7. $149,000, commercial condo at 1000 Southeast Bay Boulevard, Unit G-18
