The area saw a total of eight commercial property sales during the past week, averaging $1.88 million, or $400 per square foot.

The prices in the list below include commercial real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of April 27 even if the property sold earlier.

1. $7.9 million, retail store at 5750 Holly Street

A sale has been finalized for the retail store or personal services shop at 5750 Holly Street in Denver.

The price was $7.9 million. The building was raised in 1983 and the area totals 60,870 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $130. Holly Street Postal Realty Holdings LLC acquired the retail store from Holly T & T LLC. The deal was closed on April 29.
