Over the last month, a total of 10 commercial property sales were registered in the area, with an average price of $2.83 million. The average price per square foot was $233.

The prices in the list below include commercial real estate sales where the title was recorded in March even if the property sold earlier.

1. $8.74 million, office building at 3201 Spring Forest Road

A sale has been finalized for the office building at 3201 Spring Forest Road in Raleigh.
