A shopping mall in Orlando that sold for $35.83 million tops the list of the most expensive commercial real estate sales in Florida over the past week.

During the past week, a total of 177 commercial property sales were registered in the area, with an average price of $2.55 million. The average price per square foot was $403.

The prices in the list below include commercial real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of July 13 even if the property sold earlier.

1. $35.83 million, shopping mall at 8910 Turkey Lake Road

The sale of the regional shopping mall with anchor tenants at 8910 Turkey Lake Road in Orlando has been finalized.

The price was $35,828,000. The house was built in 2010 and has a living area of 69,311 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $517. Phillips Village Limited Partnership transferred ownership of the regional shopping mall with anchor tenants to Phillips Village Investors LLC. The transaction was completed on July 2.

2. $22 million, shopping mall at 1302 Homestead Road N, Unit 1344

A 101,213-square-foot regional shopping mall with anchor tenants at 1302 Homestead Road N, Unit 1344 in Lehigh Acres has been sold.

The total purchase price was $22,000,000, $217 per square foot. The home was built in 1986. Real SUB LLC took over the regional shopping mall with anchor tenants from Homestead Plaza Group LLC. The deal was closed on July 2.

3. $19 million, apartment building at 997 Biarritz Drive

A sale has been finalized for the residential complex with more than five units at 997 Biarritz Drive in Miami Beach.

The price was $19,000,000. The units were built in 1939 and the living area totals 6,200 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $3,065. The property features 12 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms altogether in the different units. LE Petit Papillon Monstessori Corporation sold the residential complex with more than five units to Alpha School 33141 LLC. The deal was finalized on June 22.

4. $18.3 million, retail store at 650 Riverside Drive, Unit 850

A 96,159-square-foot retail store or personal services shop at 650 Riverside Drive, Unit 850 in Coral Springs has been sold.

The total purchase price was $18,300,000, $190 per square foot. The home was built in 1985. 35 Oak US 5 Inc transferred ownership of the retail store or personal services shop to Plaza At Coral Springs LLC. The transaction was completed on July 6.

5. $17.8 million, office building at 2301 Maitland Center Parkway

A sale has been finalized for the property at 2301 Maitland Center Parkway in Maitland.

The price was $17.8 million. The house was built in 1983 and the living area totals 227,559 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $78. Adventist Health System/Sunbelt Inc bought the property from Brookwood Maitland Investors LLC and Brookwood Maitland II LLC INT. The deal was closed on July 1.

6. $17.25 million, shopping mall at 3400 North Andrews Avenue, Unit 3570

The regional shopping mall with anchor tenants at 3400 North Andrews Avenue, Unit 3570 in Oakland Park has new owners.

The price was $17,250,000. The house was built in 1968 and has a living area of 150,537 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $115. 3400 Andrews LLC sold the regional shopping mall with anchor tenants to Global Festival LLC. The deal was finalized on July 2.

7. $12 million, mixed-use property at 3801 North University Drive

A 58,365-square-foot mixed-use retail and office property at 3801 North University Drive in Sunrise has been sold.

The total purchase price was $12,000,000, $206 per square foot. The home was built in 1976. Delp LLC sold the mixed-use retail and office property to Sunrise University Properties LLC. The deal was finalized on July 2.

8. $11.5 million, shopping mall at 1101 West North Boulevard

The sale of the regional shopping mall with anchor tenants at 1101 West North Boulevard in Leesburg has been finalized.

The price was $11,500,000. The house was built in 1987 and has a living area of 79,456 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $145. Keka Property Investment LLC acquired the regional shopping mall with anchor tenants from Omega Florida Properties LLC. The deal was closed on June 29.

9. $11.1 million, store at 4840 Northwest 183rd Street

A 64,241-square-foot store or retail outlet at 4840 Northwest 183rd Street in Opa Locka has been sold.

The total purchase price was $11,100,000, $173 per square foot. The house was built in 2006. 4840 MGC LLC transferred ownership of the store or retail outlet to Golden Horizon Terryville Corp. The transaction was completed on June 26.

10. $9 million, auto repair shop at 2751 Northwest 39th Avenue

A sale has been finalized for the auto repair garage at 2751 Northwest 39th Avenue in Miami.

The price was $9 million. The house was built in 1998 and the living area totals 2,928 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $3,074. The Hertz Corp. sold the auto repair garage to Aero Miami Logistics LLC. The deal was closed on June 30.
