Tuesday morning, a 5.4 magnitude quake was recorded near Bandar Lampung, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

A tremor struck the area at 23:50 UTC (06:50 local time). The earthquake’s epicenter was situated approximately 108 km south-southwest of Bandar Lampung and occurred at a depth of 72 km. The magnitude was originally reported as 5.1 but later upgraded to 5.4.
