Top 10 most expensive commercial properties sold in Denver, reported between March 1 and March 31

A neighborhood mall that sold for $48.75 million tops the list of the most expensive commercial real estate sales in Denver over the last month.

Over the last month, a total of 38 commercial property sales were registered in the area, with an average price of $3 million. The average price per square foot was $325.

The prices in the list below include commercial real estate sales where the title was recorded in March even if the property sold earlier.

Sherman

1. $48.75 million, neighborhood mall at 901 North Sherman Street

The sale of the neighborhood shopping center or strip mall at 901 North Sherman Street in Denver has been finalized.

The price was $48,750,000. The mall was built in 1953 and has an area of 284,559 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $171. Urban Nbrhd Denver Archer Towe transferred ownership of the neighborhood mall to LG III Archer Owner LLC. The deal was finalized on March 2.

Broadway

2. $12.75 million, office building at 421 North Broadway

The office building at 421 North Broadway in Denver has new owners.

The price was $12,750,000. The building was built in 1978 and has an area of 40,296 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $316. 4th & Broadway Property Owner LLC bought the office building. The deal was closed on Feb. 27.

3. $5.91 million, auto repair shop at 18300 East 66th Avenue

The auto repair garage at 18300 East 66th Avenue in Denver has been sold.

The total purchase price was $5,908,800. The building was built in 2021. 2200 Polaris Columbus Carwash LLC sold the auto repair shop to Sunset & Go LLC. The transaction was completed on March 12.

The price was $5,000,000. The units were built in 1974 and have an area of 24,081 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $208. Villas On Federal LLC acquired the residential complex from Richmar Properties Inc. The deal was finalized on Feb. 18.

A 17,373-square-foot office building at 6500 East Hampden Avenue in Denver has been sold.

The total purchase price was $2,950,000, $170 per square foot. The building was built in 2004. Good Soil Properties LLC acquired the office building. The deal was closed on Feb. 25.

A sale has been finalized for the garden or court apartment house with more than 5 units at 1275 North Washington Street in Denver.

The price was $2,925,000. The units were built in 1930 and the area totals 13,730 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $213. G5 Capital 1437 Clayton Street LLC bought the residential complex. The transaction was completed on Feb. 19.
