A 5.0 magnitude quake rattled near Balangonan on Wednesday night, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
The tremor hit at 13:23 UTC (21:23 local time), with its epicenter roughly 40 km southwest of Balangonan and a depth of 70 km.
