A 5.3 magnitude quake struck near Baganga on Monday morning, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

The tremor shook the area at 23:06 UTC (07:06 local time). It occurred at a depth of 71 km with the epicenter about 16 km east-northeast of Baganga.
