A property that sold for $110.1 million tops the list of the most expensive commercial real estate sales in Denver over the past week.

The area saw a total of five commercial property sales during the past week, averaging $22.84 million. The average price per square foot was $2,894.

The prices in the list below include commercial real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Sept. 7 even if the property sold earlier.

1. $110.1 million, retail store at 1800 Market Street

The retail store or personal services shop at 1800 Market Street in Denver has new owners.

The price was $110.1 million. The home was built in 2019 and has a living area of 8,147 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $13,514. CP IX Fitzgerald LLC took over the retail store or personal services shop. The deal was closed on Sept. 1.

2. $2.25 million, office building at 7475 Dakin Street

A 63,624-square-foot office property at 7475 Dakin Street in Denver has been sold.

The total purchase price was $2.25 million, $35 per square foot. The house was built in 1974. 7475 Dakin Denver LLLP took over the office property from BRMK Dakin LLC. The deal was finalized on Sept. 2.

3. $645,120, commercial condo at 5475 Peoria Street, Unit 108

A 1,630-square-foot non-office use commercial condominium at 5475 Peoria Street, Unit 108 in Denver has been sold.

The total purchase price was $645,120, $396 per square foot. The home was built in 1985. VIP Peoria LLC sold the non-office use commercial condominium to 5475 Peoria St Units 108-109 LLC. The transaction was completed on Aug. 31.

Crosscheck LLC sold the retail store or personal services shop to Seton Residential Trust. The deal was finalized on Sept. 2.
