Earthquake measuring 5.2 jolts area close to Jabonga, Philippines on Aug. 21

A 5.2 magnitude quake hit close to Jabonga on Friday afternoon, the U.S. Geological Survey reported.

The tremor shook the region at 09:12 UTC (17:12 local time). It occurred at a depth of 10 km with the epicenter about 19 km west of Jabonga.
