A 5.1 magnitude quake occurred near Cantapoy on Friday afternoon, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

The tremor, which jolted the area at 09:22 UTC (17:22 local time), was centered approximately 11 km south of Cantapoy. It occurred at a depth of 10 km.
