The U.S. Geological Survey reported that a 5.4 magnitude quake occurred near Vilyuchinsk Saturday night.

A tremor hit the area at 11:06 UTC (22:06 local time). The earthquake’s epicenter was located about 169 km south-southeast of Vilyuchinsk and occurred at a depth of 28 km.
