Update: Earthquake of 5.1 magnitude reported near Cerro de Piedra, Mexico on June 13

ACAPULCO, Gro. — A 5.1 magnitude quake occurred close to Cerro de Piedra on Saturday around midday, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

The tremor, which struck the area at 18:20 UTC (12:20 local time), was centered approximately 1 km south of Cerro de Piedra. It occurred at a depth of 10 km.
