A 5.1 magnitude quake occurred near Sarangani on Saturday morning, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
The tremor shook at 20:51 UTC (04:51 local time), with its epicenter about 25 km east-southeast of Sarangani and a depth of 35 km. The magnitude was originally reported as 5.0 but later upgraded to 5.1.
