Over the last month, a total of 49 commercial property sales were registered in the area, with an average price of $11.26 million. The average price per square foot was $512.
The prices in the list below include commercial real estate sales where the title was recorded in March even if the property sold earlier.
1. $90.75 million, high-rise apartments at 92 West Paces Ferry Road NW
A sale has been finalized for the high-rise apartments at 92 West Paces Ferry Road NW in Atlanta.
The price was $90,750,000. The units were built in 2012 and the area totals 434,959 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $209. Mfrevf III West Paces LLC and C/O Mesirow Financial transferred ownership of the high-rise apartments to 92 West Paces Owner LLC. The deal was finalized on Jan. 26.
2. $54.5 million, property at 501 North River Drive
The garden or court apartment house with more than 5 units at 501 North River Drive in Atlanta have new owners.
The price was $54,500,000. The units were built in 1972 and have an area of 63,240 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $862. Washreit Carlyle LLC sold the residential complex to VA9 Sandy Springs LLC. The deal was closed on Feb. 6.
3. $48 million, parking lot at 5420 Fulton Industrial Boulevard SW
A sale has been finalized for the parking lot at 5420 Fulton Industrial Boulevard SW in Atlanta.
The price was $48 million. MG 5400 FIB LLC acquired the parking lot. The transaction was completed on Feb. 25.
4. $46.1 million, office building at 2030 Powers Ferry Road SE
A 64,462-square-foot office building at 2030 Powers Ferry Road SE in Atlanta has been sold.
The total purchase price was $46,100,000, $715 per square foot. The building was raised in 1981. Pcrif Powers Ferry LLC bought the office building. The deal was finalized on March 17.
5. $44.8 million, residential complex at 1925 Waycrest Drive SW
A 30,066-square-foot garden or court apartment house with more than 5 units at 1925 Waycrest Drive SW in Atlanta have been sold.
The total purchase price was $44,800,000, $1,490 per square foot. The units were built in 2009. Fulton Waycrest LLC took over the residential complex. The transaction was completed on Feb. 17.
6. $43 million, high-rise office at 241 Ralph Mcgill Boulevard NE
The commercial high-rise building at 241 Ralph Mcgill Boulevard NE in Atlanta has new owners.
The price was $43,000,000. The building was constructed in 1981 and has an area of 91,445 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $470. Georgia Power CO acquired the high-rise office. The deal was closed on Jan. 13.
7. $34 million, commercial property at 5730 Glenridge Drive
A 102,692-square-foot commercial property at 5730 Glenridge Drive in Atlanta has been sold.
The total purchase price was $34,000,000, $331 per square foot. The building was constructed in 1974. Glenridge MOB SPE 2026 LLC acquired the property. The deal was finalized on Feb. 6.
8. $32.85 million, high-rise office at 5780 Powers Ferry Road
The sale of the commercial high-rise building at 5780 Powers Ferry Road in Atlanta has been finalized.
The price was $32,850,000. The building was raised in 1985 and has an area of 168,668 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $195. Freestone Powers Ferry LLC took over the high-rise office. The transaction was completed on Feb. 11.
9. $27.95 million, residential complex at 4555 Washington Road
A 4,000-square-foot garden or court apartment house with more than 5 units at 4555 Washington Road in Atlanta have been sold.
The total purchase price was $27,950,000, $6,988 per square foot. The units were built in 1971. Camp Creek Owner LLC and Camp Creek TIC 2 Owner LLC bought the residential complex from FB Gardens At Camp Creek LLC. The deal was closed on Feb. 13.
10. $20.9 million, residential complex at 415 Fairburn Road SW
The sale of the garden or court apartment house with more than 5 units at 415 Fairburn Road SW in Atlanta has been finalized.
The price was $20,900,000. The units were built in 1991 and have an area of 65,536 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $319. TW City Park Owner LLC acquired the residential complex. The deal was finalized on Feb. 19.
