An apartment building in Clermont that sold for $77.25 million tops the list of the most expensive commercial real estate sales in Florida in the past week.

Over the past week, a total of 202 commercial property sales were registered in the area, with an average price of $3.43 million. The average price per square foot was $31,016.

The prices in the list below include commercial real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Aug. 31 even if the property sold earlier.

1. $77.25 million, apartment building at 1290 North Ridge Boulevard

A 403,970-square-foot property at 1290 North Ridge Boulevard in Clermont have been sold.

The total purchase price was $77,250,000, $191 per square foot. The units were built in 2006. Citrus Tower Owner LLC took over the property from BR Citrus Tower LLC. The deal was closed on Aug. 19.

2. $60.5 million, apartment building at 10640 Satori Lane

The residential complex with more than five units at 10640 Satori Lane in Jacksonville have new owners.

The price was $60,500,000. The units were built in 2021 and have a living area of 468,483 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $129. The property features two bedrooms and one bathroom altogether in the different units. Satori Apartments Owner LLC took over the residential complex with more than five units. The deal was finalized on Aug. 19.

3. $31.5 million, office building at 404 Washington Avenue

A 156,752-square-foot office property at 404 Washington Avenue in Miami Beach has been sold.

The total purchase price was $31.5 million, $201 per square foot. The home was built in 1995. Partners Lp Dominion sold the office property to RJR ML On 5th LLC and RJR Realty On 5th LLC. The transaction was completed on Aug. 11.

4. $28.75 million, retail store at 16722 Focus Loop

A 44,372-square-foot retail store or personal services shop at 16722 Focus Loop in Land O Lakes has been sold.

The total purchase price was $28.75 million, $648 per square foot. The house was built in 2022. Center Connect Development II LLC transferred ownership of the retail store or personal services shop to Csim 2024 HUB At Bexley RTL LLC. The deal was finalized on Aug. 18.

The sale of the residential complex with more than five units at 155 Northeast 78th Street in Miami has been finalized.

The price was $27,000,000. The units were built in 2008 and have a living area of 203,531 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $133. The property features 330 bedrooms and 406 bathrooms altogether in the different units. GH Lafayette Plaza LP acquired the residential complex with more than five units. The deal was closed on Aug. 12.

6. $24.6 million, parking lot at 290 Northwest 72nd Terrace

A sale has been finalized for the parking lot at 290 Northwest 72nd Terrace in Miami.

The price was $24.6 million. The house was built in 2009 and the living area totals 24,718 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $995. GH Emerald Terrace LP bought the parking lot from Emerald Terrace. The transaction was completed on Aug. 12.

7. $24.6 million, apartment building at 244 Northwest 72nd Terrace

A 135,938-square-foot residential complex with more than five units at 244 Northwest 72nd Terrace in Miami have been sold.

The total purchase price was $24,600,000, $181 per square foot. The units were built in 2009. The property features 248 bedrooms and 168 bathrooms altogether in the different units. Emerald Terrace LTD Partnership sold the residential complex with more than five units to GH Emerald Terrace LP. The transaction was completed on Aug. 12.

8. $20.3 million, office building at 100 Northeast 1st Avenue

The office property at 100 Northeast 1st Avenue in Miami has new owners.

The price was $20.3 million. The house was built in 1917 and has a living area of 35,553 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $571. Post Office Development LLC transferred ownership of the office property to 100 NE 1st Avenue Realty LLC. The deal was finalized on Aug. 10.

9. $20 million, store at 9149 Collins Avenue, Unit CU-1

The sale of the store or retail outlet at 9149 Collins Avenue, Unit CU-1 in Surfside has been finalized.

The price was $20 million. The home was built in 2024 and has a living area of 6,477 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $3,088. FHG Seaway LLC bought the store or retail outlet. The deal was closed on Aug. 7.
