A property that sold for $21.84 million tops the list of the most expensive commercial real estate sales in Denver between Oct. 5 and Oct. 18.

In total, eight commercial property sales were recorded in the area, with an average price of $3.82 million. The average price per square foot was $492.

The prices in the list below include commercial real estate sales where the title was recorded from the week of Oct. 5 to the week of Oct. 18 even if the property sold earlier.

1. $21.84 million, commercial condo at 11220 East 53rd Avenue, Unit A

A 88,361-square-foot non-office use commercial condominium at 11220 East 53rd Avenue, Unit A in Denver has been sold.

The total purchase price was $21.84 million, $247 per square foot. The home was built in 2001. Bpvif VI Holdings 43 LLC acquired the non-office use commercial condominium. The transaction was completed on Sept. 14.

2. $2.5 million, office building at 1514 17th Street, Unit COMM

A sale has been finalized for the office property at 1514 17th Street, Unit COMM in Denver.

The price was $2.5 million. The house was built in 1927 and the living area totals 3,863 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $647. The house features one bedroom and two bathrooms. Barth Hotel LLC bought the office property. The deal was finalized on Oct. 8.

3. $2.1 million, office building at 2941 West 19th Avenue

The office property at 2941 West 19th Avenue in Denver has new owners.

The price was $2.1 million. The house was built in 1980 and has a living area of 5,964 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $352. 2941 W 19th LLC took over the office property from Nyberg & Miller LLC. The deal was closed on Sept. 29.

4. $1.3 million, auto repair shop at 2101 Welton Street

The sale of the auto repair garage at 2101 Welton Street in Denver has been finalized.

The price was $1.3 million. The home was built in 1947 and has a living area of 12,462 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $104. Five Points Garage Collection LLC took over the auto repair garage. The deal was finalized on Oct. 8.

5. $855,000, office building at 1129 North Pennsylvania Street

A 7,405-square-foot office property at 1129 North Pennsylvania Street in Denver has been sold.

The total purchase price was $855,000, $115 per square foot. The house was built in 1939. Butters House LLC sold the office property to Barerose Butters LLC. The transaction was completed on Oct. 5.

6. $750,000, office building at 10885 East 51st Avenue

A sale has been finalized for the office property at 10885 East 51st Avenue in Denver.

The price was $750,000. The house was built in 1979 and the living area totals 15,908 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $47. 10885 E 51st AVE LLC transferred ownership of the office property to Albrook Partners LLC. The deal was closed on Oct. 5.

7. $700,000, office building at 1331 South Broadway

A 308-square-foot office property at 1331 South Broadway in Denver has been sold.

The total purchase price was $700,000, $2,273 per square foot. The home was built in 1953. Jon C. Cook took over the office property. The deal was finalized on Sept. 30.

8. $540,000, auto repair shop at 4100 Morrison Road

A 3,558-square-foot auto repair garage at 4100 Morrison Road in Denver has been sold.

The total purchase price was $540,000, $152 per square foot. The house was built in 1986. Juan Manuel Cruz bought the auto repair garage from Bonilla Family Trust. The transaction was completed on Oct. 8.
