The prices in the list below include commercial real estate sales where the title was recorded from the week of Sept. 21 to the week of Oct. 4 even if the property sold earlier.

The total purchase price was $720,000, $537 per square foot. The home was built in 1955. 2079 Bolton LLC sold the full-service gas station to Bolton Road Developers LLC. The deal was finalized on Aug. 24.
