Update: Seismic activity on July 20 – 5.2 magnitude earthquake near Scarborough, Trinidad and Tobago detected

A 5.2 magnitude quake hit near Scarborough on Monday morning, the U.S. Geological Survey reported.

The tremor, which jolted the area at 09:45 UTC (05:45 local time), was centered roughly 22 km north-northwest of Scarborough. It occurred at a depth of 84 km.
