INYO COUNTY, CA — A 4.0 magnitude quake was reported close to Olancha Sunday morning, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
A tremor rattled the area at 5:27 a.m. The earthquake’s epicenter was positioned about 8 miles south-southwest of Olancha and occurred at a depth of just 0.27 miles.
