Update: Earthquake measuring 5.2 shakes area near Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, Russia on July 20

A 5.2 magnitude quake was detected close to Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky Sunday morning, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

The tremor hit at 16:13 UTC (03:13 local time), with its epicenter situated approximately 149 km east-southeast of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky and a depth of 10 km.
