SAN BENITO COUNTY, CA — According to the U.S. Geological Survey, a 3.7 magnitude quake rattled close to Pinnacles Saturday morning.

A tremor shook the area at 1:31 a.m. The earthquake’s epicenter was positioned approximately 3 miles east of Pinnacles and occurred at a depth of 7 miles.
