South Tyneside’s real estate scene in October witnessed interesting transactions, notably homes that sold below their initial listing prices.

Among the 102 residential properties changing hands, a select few stood out for their significant price differences, offering buyers advantageous deals in the market. Here’s an exclusive look at the top 10 homes that fetched prices notably lower than their initial asking rates.

The homes outlined in the list below consist of different types of property: terraced houses, semi-detached houses, detached houses and flats. Their deeds were formally recorded with the Land Registry during the month of October, even if the transactions were prior to this month.

10. £6000 (4%) below asking – terraced house on Tanfield Gardens
