South Tyneside’s 10 cheapest three-bedroom home sales from last month

Topping the list of the most cost-effective three-bedroom houses recently sold in South Tyneside is a property at Roman Road, sold for £65,000.

In total, 27 residential properties were registered as sold in the area in October, with an average price of £195,087. The average price per square foot stood at £199.

The properties in the list below concern terraced houses, semi-detached houses, and detached houses where the deeds were filed with the Land Registry during the month of October, even if the properties may have been sold earlier.
