A 5.1 magnitude quake hit close to Tual on Saturday night, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

At 14:50 UTC (23:50 local time), a tremor jolted the region at a depth of 160 km, with its epicenter roughly 285 km west-southwest of Tual.
