Update: 5.0 magnitude earthquake hits close to Ozernovskiy, Russia on July 30

According to the U.S. Geological Survey, a 5.0 magnitude quake occurred near Ozernovskiy Wednesday night.

The tremor jolted at 12:26 UTC (23:26 local time), with its epicenter located roughly 181 km east of Ozernovskiy and a depth of 10 km.
