Earthquake measuring 5.2 strikes area near Ozernovskiy, Russia on July 30

A 5.2 magnitude quake was recorded close to Ozernovskiy Wednesday afternoon, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

At 03:27 UTC (14:27 local time), the region was hit by a tremor. The earthquake jolted at a depth of 69 km, with its epicenter approximately 144 km east-southeast of Ozernovskiy.
