ARRONCHES, Portalegre District — According to the U.S. Geological Survey, a 5.2 magnitude quake occurred close to Senhora do Rosário Saturday afternoon.

The tremor hit the area at 16:41 UTC (14:41 local time). It occurred at a depth of 10 km with the epicenter situated about 125 km east-southeast of Senhora do Rosário.
