A 5.1 magnitude quake occurred near Xunchang on Friday around midday, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

A tremor struck the region at 05:08 UTC (13:08 local time). The earthquake’s epicenter was roughly 3 km east-southeast of Xunchang and occurred at a depth of 10 km.
