A 5.3 magnitude quake struck close to Labuan Bajo on Friday morning, the U.S. Geological Survey reported.

At 22:53 UTC (06:53 local time), a tremor shook the region at a depth of 10 km, with its epicenter about 49 km northeast of Labuan Bajo.
