Earthquake measuring 5.0 hits area near Ozernovskiy, Russia on July 30

At midday on Wednesday, a 5.0 magnitude quake was recorded near Ozernovskiy, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

It was reported that a tremor shook the region at 00:28 UTC (11:28 local time). The epicenter was situated approximately 147 km east-southeast of Ozernovskiy, at a depth of 35 km.
