Mahogany Fire initially started today at 9:50 a.m. in Siskiyou County, California and it is a part of SKU LATE AUGUST LIGHTNING COMPLEX fire.

It has been burning on federal land managed by the United States Forest Service for four hours. At this time, there is no data on the containment status of the fire and the cause has yet to be determined.
