Hooper Fire initially started today at 3:24 p.m. in Fresno County, California and it is a part of HIGH SIERRA LIGHTNING COMPLEX fire.

After being active for two hours, it has burned 0.5 acres of federal land managed by the United States Forest Service. Currently, there is no information on the containment of the fire and the cause of it has yet to be determined.
