BIGADIÇ, Balıkesir — According to the U.S. Geological Survey, a 6.1 magnitude quake slammed near Bigadiç Sunday evening.
The tremor rocked the area at 16:53 UTC (19:53 local time). It occurred at a depth of 10 km with the epicenter located about 10 km west-southwest of Bigadiç.
