The first-half goal from Bishop was to be the only goal of the game when Portsmouth won 1-0 at home to Watford in the Championship.

Portsmouth started the match best and took the lead early when Colby Bishop netted after 25 minutes, making it 1-0.

Watford’s Kevin Keben was sent off in the 57th minute.

With two games remaining, Portsmouth are in 16th place in the table while Watford are in 12th.

The previous match between the teams ended in a 2-1 home win for Watford in December.
