In a Championship Monday faceoff, Derby County FC dominated on the road, securing a solid 3-1 victory over WBA.

The the Rams started the match well and took the lead when Ebou Adams netted after 7 minutes, making it 1-0.

In the 30th minute Jerry Yates increased the lead for Derby County.

W Bromwich’s Adam Armstrong also reduced the score for WBA in the 70th minute.

The 3-1 goal came in the final minutes, when Nathaniel Mendez found the net for the the Rams.

With two games remaining, WBA are in 10th place in the table and Derby County are in 21st.

The previous meeting between the teams ended in a 2-1 home win for Derby County in December.

WBA play Cardiff on 25 April and Luton on 2 May. Derby County’s next opponents are Hull on 25 April and Stoke City on 2 May.
