Millwall asserted their dominance with a 3-1 victory over Norwich City in Monday’s Championship action at home.

The the Lions scored the first goal when Mihailo Ivanovic netted in the 8th minute, with an assist by Femi Azeez, making it 1-0.

In the 39th minute Femi Azeez increased the lead for Millwall.

The Yellows reduced the score to 2-1 just before the half-time whistle as Shane Duffy found the net.

The the Lions’ Mihailo Ivanovic also increased the lead for Millwall in the 69th minute.

The game was the fifth in a row without a win for Norwich City.

With two games remaining, Millwall are in eighth place in the table while Norwich City are in 14th.

The previous match between the teams ended in a 2-1 home win for Norwich City in December.

The next Championship games for Millwall are Swansea City (home) on 25 April and Burnley (away) on 2 May. Norwich City play Middlesbrough (away) on 25 April and Cardiff (home) on 2 May.
