The team took the lead in the middle of the first period, with a goal from Joe Dunlap. Aiden Hansen-Bukata and Jake Dunlap assisted.
The second period ended with the score being tied at 3-3.
The Terriers took the lead early in the third period when Aiden Celebrini beat the goalie, assisted by Matt Copponi and Tom Willander.
Jack Hughes increased the lead to 5-3 with a goal three minutes later, assisted by Ryan Greene and Cole Hutson.
Cole Eiserman also made it 6-3 with a goal three minutes later, assisted by Cole Hutson.
Jack Harvey then made it 7-3 with a goal six minutes later, assisted by Jack Hughes and Sascha Boumedienne.
The Terriers increased the lead to 8-3 with 30 seconds remaining of the third after a goal from Cole Hutson.
