A retail store in Palm Coast that sold for $35 million tops the list of the most expensive commercial real estate sales in Florida over the past week.
During the past week, a total of 177 commercial property sales were registered in the area, with an average price of $2.83 million. The average price per square foot was $470.
The prices in the list below include commercial real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Oct. 12 even if the property sold earlier.
1. $35 million, retail store at 5857 State Highway 100 E
A 124,911-square-foot retail store or personal services shop at 5857 State Highway 100 E in Palm Coast has been sold.
The total purchase price was $35 million, $280 per square foot. The house was built in 2024. City Of Palm Coast sold the retail store or personal services shop to FD Retail Properties LLC. The deal was finalized on Sept. 29.
2. $34.5 million, property at 2800 Us Highway 98 N
A sale has been finalized for the property at 2800 Us Highway 98 N in Bartow.
The price was $34.5 million. The house was built in 2003 and the living area totals 125,911 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $274. Crossroads Holdings LLC took over the property from City Of Bartow. The transaction was completed on Sept. 8.
3. $27 million, office building at 3777 Tamiami Trail N
A 16,312-square-foot office property at 3777 Tamiami Trail N in Naples has been sold.
The total purchase price was $27 million, $1,655 per square foot. The home was built in 1993. Longe TR Patrick J and Thomas J Longe TR transferred ownership of the office property to Farley White Trianon LLC. The deal was closed on Oct. 6.
4. $24.1 million, office building at 800 Laurel Oak Drive
The sale of the office property at 800 Laurel Oak Drive in Naples has been finalized.
The price was $24.1 million. The home was built in 1985 and has a living area of 11,342 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $2,125. Commerce Bank A Missouri Bank And Trust acquired the office property from FLP 800 LLC. The deal was closed on Sept. 28.
5. $20.5 million, office building at 1580 Sawgrass Corporate Parkway
The office property at 1580 Sawgrass Corporate Parkway in Sunrise has new owners.
The price was $20.5 million. The house was built in 2000 and has a living area of 98,715 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $208. Sawgrass IP II LLC sold the office property to Brookwood International Place II LLC. The transaction was completed on Oct. 1.
6. $18 million, shopping mall at 225 Banyan Boulevard, Unit 1
A 34,328-square-foot regional shopping mall with anchor tenants at 225 Banyan Boulevard, Unit 1 in Naples has been sold.
The total purchase price was $18 million, $524 per square foot. The home was built in 2004. Charleston Square Of NA LLC transferred ownership of the regional shopping mall with anchor tenants to Charleston Square Owner LLC. The deal was finalized on Oct. 2.
7. $15.18 million, office building at 7800 Curley Road
A sale has been finalized for the office property at 7800 Curley Road in Wesley Chapel.
The price was $15.18 million. The house was built in 2025 and the living area totals 27,560 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $551. Rave Commerical Overpass LLC sold the office property to Mashcommercialwatergrassllc. The deal was finalized on Aug. 17.
8. $15 million, auto repair shop at 5000 Northwest 72nd Avenue
The sale of the auto repair garage at 5000 Northwest 72nd Avenue in Miami has been finalized.
The price was $15 million. The house was built in 1976 and has a living area of 1,268 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $11,830. 5000 NW 72nd AVE V1 LLC transferred ownership of the auto repair garage to Juliao Miami LLC. The deal was closed on Sept. 22.
9. $14.53 million, office building at 4875 Belfort Road
A 129,587-square-foot office property at 4875 Belfort Road in Jacksonville has been sold.
The total purchase price was $14.53 million, $112 per square foot. The house was built in 1999. Wounded Warrior Project Inc bought the office property from Jacksonville Butler Propco LLC. The transaction was completed on Sept. 24.
10. $14.5 million, office building at 2450 Mason Avenue
The office property at 2450 Mason Avenue in Daytona Beach has new owners.
The price was $14.5 million. The home was built in 2020 and has a living area of 77,771 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $186. Daytona Realty Holdings LLC and KD Daytona Realty LLC took over the office property from CP 2210 LLC. The transaction was completed on Sept. 18.
