In total, 169 commercial property sales were recorded in the area during the past week, with an average price of $2.02 million. The average price per square foot was $447.
The prices in the list below include commercial real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Sept. 28 even if the property sold earlier.
1. $23.3 million, supermarket at 1 Riverside Avenue
The grocery store or supermarket at 1 Riverside Avenue in Jacksonville has new owners.
The price was $23.3 million. The home was built in 2025 and has a living area of 56,192 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $415. One Riverside Avenue LLC acquired the grocery store or supermarket from Fuqua BCDC One Riverside Project Owner LLC. The transaction was completed on Sept. 16.
2. $18.4 million, store at 318 Lincoln Road
A 21,675-square-foot store or retail outlet at 318 Lincoln Road in Miami Beach has been sold.
The total purchase price was $18.4 million, $849 per square foot. The house was built in 1945. 318 Lincoln Partners LLC sold the store or retail outlet to T Lincoln Road FL LLC. The deal was closed on Sept. 9.
3. $17.48 million, office building at 317 Peruvian Avenue, Suite 204
A 6,474-square-foot office property at 317 Peruvian Avenue, Suite 204 in Palm Beach has been sold.
The total purchase price was $17.48 million, $2,699 per square foot. The house was built in 2002. 317 Peruvian LLC took over the office property. The deal was finalized on Sept. 1.
4. $16.4 million, office building at 3602 Kyoto Gardens Drive
The sale of the office property at 3602 Kyoto Gardens Drive in Palm Beach Gardens has been finalized.
The price was $16.4 million. The home was built in 2003 and has a living area of 20,386 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $804. VPU Palm Beach Gardens LLC transferred ownership of the office property to PR II Royal MOB Kyoto Gardens LLC. The deal was finalized on Aug. 31.
5. $10.13 million, shopping mall at 5101 33rd Street E
A sale has been finalized for the regional shopping mall with anchor tenants at 5101 33rd Street E in Bradenton.
The price was $10.13 million. The house was built in 1990 and the living area totals 112,246 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $90. EJ-Manatee LLC sold the regional shopping mall with anchor tenants to Hongda Holding LLC. The transaction was completed on Sept. 10.
6. $10 million, mixed-use property at 2325 Southwest Martin Highway
The mixed-use retail and office property at 2325 Southwest Martin Highway in Palm City has new owners.
The price was $10 million. The home was built in 2005 and has a living area of 77,227 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $129. Freeman Development Group LLC transferred ownership of the mixed-use retail and office property to Mc320 LLC. The deal was closed on Sept. 14.

A sale has been finalized for the drive-thru or quick-service restaurant at 14802 North Dale Mabry Highway in Tampa.
The price was $9 million. The house was built in 2025 and the living area totals 7,601 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $1,184. L Mara LLC and A John LLC took over the drive-thru or quick-service restaurant from WPG-Bearss LLC. The deal was finalized on Sept. 10.

Stephen J Lockwood & CO LLC transferred ownership of the regional shopping mall with anchor tenants to Pelican Plaza Marco LLC. The deal was closed on Sept. 18.

A 85,983-square-foot regional shopping mall with anchor tenants at 251 Miracle Strip Parkway SE in Fort Walton Beach has been sold.
The total purchase price was $8.4 million, $98 per square foot. The house was built in 1987. DDRM Shoppes At Paradise and Publix sold the regional shopping mall with anchor tenants to Lane Conrads Paradise Point Owner LLC and J & J Four Corners PT Two LLC. The transaction was completed on Sept. 18.
10. $8 million, office building at 2550 Northwest 100th Avenue
A 19,712-square-foot office property at 2550 Northwest 100th Avenue in Doral has been sold.
The total purchase price was $8 million, $406 per square foot. The home was built in 2015. Mandm Doral LLC bought the office property from 2550 NW LLC. The transaction was completed on Sept. 10.
